Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in July 2026:

I.  Case Statistics

In July 2026, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 1354 cases, including:

• 987 cases related to access to information,
• 219 cases related to personal data protection,
• 31 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 117 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.

A total of 1221 cases were resolved during this month (807 – access to information, 293 – data protection, 31 – misdemeanor proceedings, 90 – harmonisation and cooperation in both areas of Commissioner’s actions).
