Commissioner for Information of Public Importance, Rodoljub Sabic has once again reminded all authorities of their legal obligation to deliver Annual Reports on Actions Taken in order to Implement the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance. - That is legally envisaged obligation of the authorities. Although everybody should be aware of that obligation, even by the end of the last year I have reminded in writing all the Ministries in relation to it, all local self-governments and all judiciary bodies - stated Sabic . Omission to submit Report to the Commissioner has been legally envisaged to be an infringement punishable with fine up to 50,000 dinars. Failure to perform elementary legal obligations by the authorities in this and in other case represents extremely bad example that must not be tolerated - reminded Sabic .
