Commissioner for Information Rodoljub Sabic evaluated yesterday that selective availability of Concession Agreement for HorgoS - Pozega Highway to part of the public is not in line with the Law on Access to Information. "It isn't disputable that some information can be inaccessible to the public, but in the Law on Access to Information there is no discrimination, and what is accessible shall be accessible to anyone", said Sabic to Beta Agency regarding announcement that five Annexes of the Contract shall be accessible to the media, but not to the public. He also added that he does not see the sense of the decision by which the journalists have been enabled to see the Contract and Annexes, but not to publish the Annexes. "Journalists exist in order to write and publish and it is pretty obvious that such a provision can be easily dwindled", said Sabic. Sabic said that "he can't figure out" what is the aim of the decision to publish a part of the contract, and that for the rest a special procedure is valid, and he greeted the effort to make all relevant information regarding concession job available to the public.
