A public authority is obliged to issue a decision referred to in Article 16 (10) of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance ("Official Gazette of RS" Nos.120/04 and 54/07) by which it refuses the request of an applicant, within time limit specified in paragraph 1 of the same Article which is prescribed for making decision or acting upon the request of an applicant, and that is within 15 days from the date of reception of the request. This is not a case about general legal situation for making decision within 30 days referred to in Article 208. of the Law on Administrative Proceedings.
