In regards to the initiative of the Ombudsman, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection will initiate the proceedings to investigate facts related to the processing of children’s personal data - attendees of the Petnica Science Center, for the purpose of initiating eventual inspection in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
