ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL RIGHT TO KNOW DAY IN 2022
The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection marks the International Right to Know Day on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, from 11:00 to 14:00, in cooperation with the OSCE Mission to Serbia.
An overview of the current situation in the field of the right to access information of public importance in the Republic of Serbia will be provided by Mr. Marinović and H.E. Emanuele Giaufret, Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Ms. Sara Groen, Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, Mr. Tobias Flessenkemper, Head of the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade and Ms. Brooke Isham, USAID Mission Director in Serbia.
Same as every year, awards will be conferred upon authorities who have outstandingly contributed to the affirmation of the public's right to know and for the best Information Booklet in 2022.
During the celebration of International Right to Know Day, the Unique Information System of Information Booklets will be presented, as well as the latest publication "Attitudes and Opinions of the Commissioner".
