Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in June 2026:

I Case statistics

In June 2026, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 1.388 cases, namely:

• 981 cases related to access to information,
• 249 cases related to personal data protection,
• 33 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 125 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.

This month, the total number of resolved cases is 1.388 (775 — access to information, 464 — data protection, 11 — misdemeanor proceedings, 133 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
