Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in September 2026:
I. Case Statistics
In September 2026, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 2.035 cases, namely:
- 1158 cases related to access to information,
- 514 cases related to personal data protection,
- 20 cases related to misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
- 343 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.
This month, the total number of resolved cases is 1.442 (913— access to information, 289 — data protection, 32 — misdemeanor proceedings, 208 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
