On February 3, 2021, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Milan Marinović, received an official visit from the Ombudsman for Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Prof. Dr. Ljubinko Mitrovic. During the conversation, the topic which was discussed the most was the current state of freedom of access to information of public importance in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as this is an area that is under the jurisdiction of these two bodies. It was agreed to intensify mutual cooperation, especially with regard to normative activities in the field of access to information of public importance.
