On March 4, 2021, the Commissioner, Milan Marinović, held a meeting with the Mayor of Kragujevac, Nikola Dašić. The topic of the meeting was the Commissioner's initiative to amend the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance to enable the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection to form his organizational units in cities outside his headquarters. The interlocutors agreed that the initiative is good and would contribute to the greater realization of the rights of the citizens of Kragujevac and central Serbia to access information of public importance.
