The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection received on March 15, 2021. a written decision by Proxima Beta Pte. LTD and WeChat International Pte. LTD, companies within the Tencent Group, whose business includes applications PUBG Mobile and WeChat, based in Singapore, in which these companies appoint their representative for the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.

The representative of these companies for the Republic of Serbia is the Law Office Karanović & Partners o.a.d. Belgrade, at the address Resavska number 23, Belgrade.

Also, on the same day, the Commissioner received a written decision by CorvusInfo d.o.o. Zagreb, in which this company, in the capacity of data processor, appoints its representative for the Republic of Serbia.

The representative of this company is Nataša Pepić, with the e-mail address zastitnik@kimtec.rs.

In accordance with the law, the Commissioner or another person may address these representatives, besides/instead of these companies, regarding all issues related to the processing of personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this law.

Once again, the Commissioner again appeals to other foreign companies that have the obligation to appoint their representative in the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, to fulfill the same obligation and thus show awareness of the obligation to respect the rule of law and privacy of their users.
