Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection Mr. Rodoljub Sabic has received the "Award for Institution with the Highest Level of Anti-Corruption Integrity in Serbia", awarded by the Bureau for Social Research (BIRODI).
The Award is the result of a survey carried out by BIRODI and supported by OSCE, which included, among other things, a performance evaluation of anti-corruption institutions measured by the criteria of legality, consistency, efficiency, timeliness, authoritativeness, autonomy and effectiveness, as perceived by representatives of the civil sector, the media, government institutions and political parties.
The survey covered ten anti-corruption authorities and bodies and the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection was given the highest score on each individual criterion by the representatives of all four stakeholders, thus receiving the highest total rating.
