The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection and the Law School at the University of Belgrade (Commissioner Rodoljub Sabic and Dean Professor Sima Avramovic, Phd.) concluded today the Agreement on Cooperation, i.e. agreement on joint engagement in practical training for students at the Commissioner's Office.

Under the Agreement the Commissioner will organize a practical training programme at his Office in organizational units acting on complaints regarding freedom of information and dealing with harmonization of regulations in this field with the EU standards.

On the basis of the previously established ranking list of candidates, two groups of five students each will be sent to the Commissioner's Office for practical training in the duration of three weeks.

Within the framework of practical training students will be able, with support from representatives of the Commissioner's Office, to carry out certain researches of relevance for legislation and comparative practice in the enjoyment of freedom of information.
