"Keep it personal." is a campaign launched today by the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection with the support of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, to bring citizens closer to the right to personal data protection and the work of the Commissioner's institution.
"Based on the research on citizens' perceptions of personal data protection, we noticed that citizens are not sufficiently familiar with this right, whom can they turn to for help if they think their personal data is compromised, as well as who can process their data. Finally, citizens do not fully know the role of the Commissioner as an institution responsible for personal data protection. In order to point out the risks of violating this right, we made five TV spots that will be broadcast on national and local TV stations from May 16, 2022", Said Commissioner Milan Marinovic during the promotion of the campaign.
