''Kurir'' asked for the intervention of Rodoljub Sabic, Commissioner for the information, because the state authorities are refusing to make us know the content of the contract of sale of the RTB from Bor
BELGRADE - Editorial of Kurir presented the complaint against Ministry of economy and regional development and Agency for privatization, for the ruff braking of the law about the accession to the information of the public importance, because they refused to make us know the contract of the sale of the RTB Bor.Our magazine 11.2.2008. submitted to the Ministry of economy, Ministry of finance and to the Agency for privatization, the request for the copy of the contract, by which the Minister, Mladjan Dinkic, under the authority of the Government of Serbia, which he had signed with the Austrian company, "A-Tek". Ministry of finance haven't answer to our request, Ministry of economy asserted that they are not any side of the signed contract, while the Agency for privatization called on the secrecy of the contract. Our magazine understood, that it has faced with nothing caused braking the rights, guaranteed with the mentioned law, we have nothing more left except to complain about the mentioned institutions to Commissioner for the information of the public importance, to Rodoljub Sabic.
- Complain of the Kurir against the Agency for privatization, I will, according to the law proceed to the Agency, with order to express the reasons of the refusal of the demanded information. Just after they have done that, other words, after the expiry of the time- limit that I will leave them, I will make a conclusion. That's way I can't say know what my decision will be- said Sabic in the statement for the ''Kurir'' and after wards, added that it is not prejudicing if he reminds of some, public well known states that he stated in similar occasions.
- I have an opinion that all, concerning, especially huge disposal with public resources and money, are totally legal object of public interest. That is, of course, referrers to the concessions, public provision, privatization and similar, other wards, information of them, which are, par excellence, information of public importance - said `abi. He later added, that he his own attitude to the similar questions expressed in many other occasions, like in the case of the concession Horgoa- Po~ega.
