The decision of the part-time Parliament of Kosovo about the cession of the part of our county, since it has been made, it' s attracting the biggest attention of our and world public. With the reason, because the "problem of Kosovo" and otherwise tragically complicated complex of relations led to the culmination. Everything happeneds in the terms of the international constellation, that is very hard on "solving" the problem of Kosovo according to the methods of the finished action. That is the thing that demands from us and our authorities, highly responsible relation to everything that could make the different, acceptable solution of the problem realistic.It is not hard to recognize the things at which, in the relation to that, should be constant. The chance of the solving the every, and even Kosovo problem, is certainly bigger as more we have laws, orders, responsible relation to the obligations, and less wastage, misusage, corruption and irresponsibility. That' s why the eyes shouldn't be shut before the particularities of the massive law braking of the free access to the information and more massive those about the preventing the conflict of the interests and of the public supplies, from the side of the authorities and people in it. Maybe sometimes there' s the acceptable reason for not accomplishing the duties of law from the side of those who should be the model. It certainly is not the cynical explanation that they "can't make it" because of the high worry about the Kosovo”.
