- The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance, Mr. Rodoljub Sabic, said it would be advisable and beneficial for Government sessions to be open to the public.“While taking into account all specific conditions and all organizational, logistical and other problems encountered, I strongly recommend to the Government of Serbia to make steps in that direction”, Sabic said. The portal “SkupStinska mreza” (Parliamentary Network) suggested two days ago that the Government of Serbia should open its sessions to the public and Commissioner Sabic considers this to be “a good suggestion, with benefits both for the public and for the Government itself”. He reminded that all neighbouring countries follow the practice of open Government sessions.
